Question 1

What is Bookli?

Accepted Answer

A notebook for masters and a page where clients book themselves. It works on the site and in the Android app.

Question 2

Do I need it if clients do not write to me yet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Start with the notebook: keep the clients you already have in Bookli instead of a paper notebook — by day, with the time, phone and history. Meanwhile your page is already in the catalogue, and new people can find you by city and service.

Question 3

Where do new clients come from?

Accepted Answer

From the Bookli catalogue and search, from Google and from your clients who share the link. We promote the site, and there are more people every month. The fuller the page — photos of your work, prices, a point on the map — the higher it is in search.

Question 4

Why send clients the link to my page?

Accepted Answer

So you do not have to agree on the time in messages. The client sees the free hours and books, and you get a notification. The link and a QR code are in the cabinet.

Question 5

Clients forget to come. Does it help?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Before the booking the client gets a reminder — a message from the bot in Telegram or by email. How long before, you choose.

Question 6

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Bookli is free.

Question 7

I work without time slots — I travel to clients, do repairs. Will it suit me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the cabinet you can say that you travel to clients and set the radius. Soon there will be a "requests only" mode without a schedule: the client just leaves a request or calls.

Question 8

Why do you ask to confirm the phone?

Accepted Answer

So that your page appears in the catalogue. This is how we protect clients from fake profiles.

Question 9

Who sees my bookings and clients?

Accepted Answer

Only you and the people you added to the cabinet. On your page clients see only the free time.

Question 10

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

In the account settings on the site — or write to us and we will help.
